DALLAS, July 30, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Applied Digital Corporation (Nasdaq: APLD) ("Applied Digital" or the "Company"), a designer, builder, and operator of next-generation digital infrastructure designed for high-performance computing (“HPC”) applications and data center hosting (“Data Center Hosting”), reported financial results for the fiscal fourth quarter and fiscal year ended May 31, 2025. The Company also provided an operational update. During fiscal year 2025, the Company determined its Cloud Services Business met the criteria for held for sale and discontinued operations. As a result, the operations of the Cloud Services Business have been classified as discontinued operations in our consolidated financial statements. Prior period amounts have been retrospectively adjusted to conform to the current period presentation.
