The Mexican auto insurance company has deployed its Agentic AI platform, moving beyond simple customer interaction into autonomous execution. SoundHound's next-generation Agentic AI platform will offer Qualitas an ease in addressing complex customer calls through more natural conversations and sophisticated reasoning.
