MATAWAN, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Apimeds Pharmaceuticals US, Inc. (NYSE American: APUS) today announced the closing of its previously announced $100 million private investment in public equity (PIPE) financing. This substantial investment reinforces the Company’s financial position and propels its late-stage non-opioid therapeutic programs toward key clinical and regulatory milestones.The financing also facilitates the integration of MindWave Innovations Inc., aligning corporate operations and financial management processes. As part of that integration, approximately 1,000 Bitcoin previously held by MindWave have been transferred into a segregated, risk-managed structure.
