NEW YORK, NEW YORK, Oct. 27, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Apex Treasury Corporation (Nasdaq: APXT) (the “Company”) today announced the pricing of its upsized initial public offering of 30,000,000 units at a public offering price of $10.00 per unit, for aggregate gross proceeds of $300,000,000, before the exercise of the underwriters’ over-allotment option. Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-half of one redeemable warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder to purchase one Class A ordinary share at a price of $11.50 per share. The units are expected to begin trading on The Nasdaq Global Market (“Nasdaq”) under the ticker symbol “APXTU” on Tuesday, October 28, 2025. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the Class A ordinary shares and warrants are expected to be listed on Nasdaq under the symbols “APXT” and “APXTW”, respectively.The offering is expected to close on October 29, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
