2 Trucking Stocks For Sale Below Book Value: With Earnings And Dividends Getty A couple of trucking stocks dropped below their book value this month even with decent earnings and paying reasonable dividends. With low price/earnings ratio and more equity than debt, these transportation sector businesses would seem to have made the grade for "cheap" -- sort of the opposite of the initial public offerings we've been seeing.
