Returned more than $86 million to shareholders through share repurchases and dividends in 2025 FORT SMITH, Ark., January 30, 2026 BUSINESS WIRE )--ArcBest ® (Nasdaq: ARCB), a leader in supply chain logistics, today announced financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2025. Fourth quarter 2025 revenue totaled $972.7 million, compared to $1.0 billion in the prior-year period. Net loss from continuing operations was $8.1 million, or $0.36 per diluted share, versus net income of $29.0 million, or $1.24 per diluted share, in the fourth quarter of 2024. Included in the fourth quarter 2025 net loss is a $9.1 million after-tax, noncash charge associated with impairments. On a non-GAAP basis, net income was $8.2 million, or $0.36 per diluted share, compared to $31.2 million, or $1.33 per diluted share, in the prior year.
