WWEX Group 's acquisition by Thoma Bravo will be supported by a unitranche financing exceeding $5 billion from 33 lenders, market sources said. The covenant-lite financing comprises a $4.815 billion unitranche loan and a $275 million revolver. Ally is the sole revolver lender. Ares Capital is the administrative agent on the unitranche loan. Blackstone, Ares, PSP Investments, GSAM, Oaktree, Blue Owl, Apollo, Thoma Bravo Credit Fund, Silver Rock, New Mountain are among the lenders, market sources said. Thoma Bravo, on March 3, announced that it would acquire WWEX Group and merge it with portfolio company Auctane. The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2026. Thoma Bravo is buying WWEX from a consortium of investors, including CVC Capital Partners Fund VIII, Providence Equity Partners, Ridgemont Equity Partners and PSG.
