MONTEVIDEO, Uruguay--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Arcos Dorados B.V. (the “Company”) today announced that it has commenced a cash tender offer to purchase up to $150 million aggregate principal amount (such amount, as the same may be increased in the sole discretion of the Company, the “Maximum Tender Amount”) of its outstanding 6.125% Sustainability-Linked Senior Notes due 2029 (the “Notes”) (the “Offer”). The complete terms and conditions of the Offer are set forth in the offer to purchase dated January 30, 2026 (the “Offer to Purchase”). Capitalized terms used but not defined herein have the meanings set forth in the Offer to Purchase.
