MONTEVIDEO, Uruguay--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Arcos Dorados B.V. (the “Company”) today announced early tender results in connection with its previously announced offer to purchase for cash up to U.S.$150,000,000 aggregate principal amount (such amount, as the same may be increased in the sole discretion of the Company, the “Maximum Tender Amount”) of its outstanding 6.125% Sustainability-Linked Senior Notes due 2029 (the “Notes”) (the “Offer”). The complete terms and conditions of the Offer are set forth in the offer to purchase dated January 30, 2026 (the “Offer to Purchase”).
