MONTEVIDEO, Uruguay--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Arcos Dorados Holdings Inc. (NYSE: ARCO) (“Arcos Dorados” or the “Company”), Latin America’s largest restaurant chain and the world’s largest independent McDonald’s franchisee, today issued a clarification with respect to its expected first quarter performance.Arcos Dorados is aware of comments made recently in the market that, due to continued macroeconomic pressures in parts of Latin America, systemwide comparable sales growth is expected to decrease in the first quarter of 2026 versus the fourth quarter of 2025. In fact, the opposite is true. Based on its first quarter performance to date, the Company believes it will generate sequentially higher systemwide comparable sales growth in the first quarter of 2026 compared with the fourth quarter of 2025.
