Ibsrela's growth is robust, but profitability is delayed by high sales and marketing costs, and it should account for most of the deal value. Xphozah is likely to get little value assigned due to Medicare coverage loss and flattish sales. I view a $2.2–$2.5 billion buyout for ARDX as fair, yet see standalone Ardelyx offering decent upside as growth resumes and profitability nears.
