RICHMOND, Va., Feb. 03, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ARKO Corp. (Nasdaq: ARKO) (“ARKO” or the “Company”) today announced that its subsidiary, ARKO Petroleum Corp. (“APC”), has launched a roadshow for its initial public offering (“IPO”) of its Class A common stock. APC is offering 10,500,000 shares of its Class A common stock in the IPO. The offering is being made pursuant to a registration statement on Form S-1 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Commission”). APC expects to grant the underwriters in the IPO a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,575,000 shares of Class A common stock at the IPO price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The IPO price is currently expected to be between $18.00 and $20.00 per share. APC has applied to list its Class A common stock on the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC under the symbol “APC.” UBS Investment Bank, Raymond James and Stifel are serving as lead book-running managers in the IPO.
