Summary Following Aralez's (Nasdaq: ARLZ ) unexpected announcement on May 8th of its change in strategy in which it would: close down its U.S. commercial operations; sell off certain U.S. assets including Zontivity, Yosprala, Fibricor and its U.S. rights to Bezalip-SR, and focus on its profitable Canadian operations supported by revenues from its Vimovo royalty stream and its Toprol-XL franchise, I wrote an article published on May 11th, Aralez Pharmaceuticals: Change in Strategy May Bring a Silver Lining , in which I provided a detailed analysis of the strategic plan and set out my reasons for why the plan may work out very positively, despite the very negative market reaction for various reasons including a going concern note.
