GLENS FALLS, N.Y., April 5, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- Arrow Financial Corporation, a New York corporation (the "Company") announced that the Company is noncompliant with the periodic filing requirements for continued listing set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) (the "Rule") as a result of its failure to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2022 (the "Untimely Form 10-K") with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") by the required due date (the "Nasdaq Notice").As previously reported by the Company in its Notification of Late Filing on Form 12b-25, filed with the SEC on March 16, 2023, as amended on March 31, 2023, the Company was unable to timely file the Untimely Form 10-K without unreasonable effort or expense. The Company intends to submit the Untimely Form 10-K as soon as practicable.The Company is required to submit a plan, within 60 calendar days of receiving the Nasdaq Notice, or by June 2, 2023, which outlines the steps the Company
