LONDON, Oct. 09, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Arqit Quantum Inc. (Nasdaq: ARQQ, ARQQW) (“Arqit”), a global leader in quantum-safe encryption, announces select preliminary financial results for the second half and full fiscal year 2025. Based on preliminary unaudited results, management expects revenue for the second half period ended 30 September 2025 of approximately $460,000 to $470,000. For the full fiscal year ended 30 September 2025 revenue is expected to be $525,000 to $535,000. Cash and cash equivalents were approximately $36.9 million as of 30 September 2025. Growth in revenue for fiscal year 2025 versus fiscal year 2024 resulted from but was not limited to: revenue recognition of new contracts signed in the fiscal year; and commencement in March 2025 of revenue recognition under a previously announced multi-year enterprise license contract in the EMEA region for a government end user, signed prior to the end of the 2024 fiscal year.
