LONDON, April 10, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Arqit Quantum Inc. (Nasdaq: ARQQ, ARQQW) (“Arqit”), a global leader in quantum-safe encryption, announces select preliminary financial results for the first half of fiscal year 2026. Based on preliminary unaudited results, management expects revenue for the first half period ended 31 March 2026 of approximately $620,000 to $630,000. This compares to $67,000 for the same period in fiscal year 2025 and $530,000 for the full 2025 fiscal period. Cash and cash equivalents were approximately $28.9 million as of 31 March 2026. Growth in revenue for the first half of fiscal year 2026 versus the comparable period in fiscal year 2025 resulted from but was not limited to: revenue recognition associated with delivery under contracts signed prior to the commencement of the period; andrevenue recognition associated with three new contracts signed in the period Recognition of revenue under existing contracts is subject to a number of factors including
