BLOOMFIELD, Conn., April 15, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Arxis, Inc. ("Arxis"), a portfolio company of Arcline Investment Management and a leading designer and manufacturer of proprietary, mission-critical electronic and mechanical engineered components, announced today the pricing of its upsized initial public offering of 40,500,000 shares of Class A common stock (the "Shares"), offered by Arxis at a public offering price of $28.00 per share. In addition, Arxis has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 6,075,000 additional shares at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The Shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on April 16, 2026, under the symbol "ARXS."The closing of the offering is expected to occur on April 17, 2026, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.Goldman Sachs & Co.
