NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Amer Sports, Inc. (the “Company” or “Amer Sports”) (NYSE: AS) announced today the launch of a public offering of $750 million of ordinary shares. In connection with the proposed offering, Amer Sports has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $112.5 million of ordinary shares. Amer Sports intends to use the net proceeds it receives from the proposed offering, together with cash on hand, to redeem the outstanding principal amount of its 6.750% Senior Secured Notes due 2031 (the “Notes”) and to pay related premiums, fees and expenses. The foregoing does not constitute a notice of redemption for the Notes.BofA Securities and J.P.
