Fundamentals have somewhat improved in the recent past, with higher returns and strong dividend growth. In that article , I argued that HYGV's particularly strong yield and good overall fundamentals made the fund a buy. Since then, the fund has seen positive dividend growth, capital gains, and total returns, broadly in-line with high-yield bond indexes.
