ASML discloses 2025 AGM results Veldhoven, the Netherlands, April 23, 2025 – ASML Holding N.V. (ASML) today announces the results of its Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on April 23, 2025. At the AGM, ASML’s statutory financial statements for the 2024 financial year were adopted. In addition, the following items were approved: Proposal to adopt a final dividend payment of €1.84 per ordinary share, which, together with the two interim dividends paid through the 2024 financial year and the interim dividend paid in February 2025, each €1.52 per ordinary share, leads to a total dividend for 2024 of €6.40 per ordinary shareProposals to discharge the members of the Board of Management and the Supervisory Board from liability for their responsibilities in the 2024 financial yearProposal to determine the maximum number of shares available for the Board of ManagementProposal to adopt the revised remuneration policy for the Board of ManagementProposal to amend the remuneration of the mem
