COPENHAGEN, Denmark, April 20, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Ascendis Pharma A/S (Nasdaq: ASND) today announced the commencement of trading of its ordinary shares on The Nasdaq Global Select Market (Nasdaq), replacing the listing of American Depositary Shares (ADSs). The ordinary shares trade under the same ticker symbol “ASND” as previously used for the ADS listing. The ordinary shares trade under CUSIP number K08588103 and ISIN DK0060606333. On April 8, 2026, the Company announced plans to mandatorily exchange all outstanding ADSs for ordinary shares, with each ADS exchangeable for one ordinary share listed on the Nasdaq. The last trading day for ADSs on Nasdaq was April 17, 2026. As of April 20, 2026, the Company has exchanged all outstanding ADSs for ordinary shares.
