FREMONT, Calif, Oct. 31, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Actelis Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: ASNS) ("Actelis" or the "Company"), a market leader in cyber-hardened, rapid deployment networking solutions for IoT and broadband applications, today announced that on October 28, 2025, the Company received formal notice from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) that the Company has evidenced compliance with the stockholders’ equity requirement for continued listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(b)(1). Nasdaq also notified the Company that the Nasdaq Hearings Panel (the “Panel”) granted the Company’s request for an extension to demonstrate compliance with the $1.00 bid price requirement set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(1), through December 5, 2025.
