SUNNYVALE, Calif, March 18, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Actelis Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: ASNS) ("Actelis" or the "Company"), a market leader in cyber-hardened, rapid-deployment networking solutions for IoT and broadband applications, today reported its financial results for the full year ended December 31, 2025, and provided business and corporate updates. Revenues for the fourth quarter of 2025 were approximately $1.4 million, representing an increase of 113% from $0.64 million in the third quarter of 2025. For the full year 2025, revenues were $3.7 million, compared to $7.8 million in the prior year. The decrease was primarily driven by two large deals in 2024 that did not repeat in 2025. In addition, the Company experienced a challenging operating environment, primarily due to a prolonged U.S. government shutdown that impacted budgeting and timelines. Despite these headwinds, the Company exited the year with a strong fourth quarter performance, reflecting improved revenue conversion
