Some analysts said the stock looked overvalued. 10 stocks we like better than AST SpaceMobile › The share price of AST SpaceMobile (NASDAQ: ASTS) , a development-stage maker of satellites used to deliver broadband, was surging last month on a combination of momentum leading into October, after it said it completed assembly of its Bluebird 6 satellite, and as it signed a new deal with Verizon Communications By the end of the month, the stock price was up 64%, according to data from S&P Global Market Intelligence .
