SHANGHAI, Nov. 25, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Atour Lifestyle Holdings Limited (“Atour” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: ATAT), a leading hospitality and lifestyle company in China, today announced that as part of its commitment to enhancing shareholder value, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) has declared a dividend under its three-year annual dividend policy (the “Annual Dividend Policy”) adopted in August 2024. In accordance with the Annual Dividend Policy, as the second dividend payment in 2025, the Board today declared a cash dividend of US$0.12 per ordinary share, or US$0.36 per American depositary share (“ADS”). Each ADS represents three Class A ordinary shares. The aggregate amount of the cash dividend to be distributed will be approximately US$50 million. In May 2025, as the first dividend payment in 2025, the Board declared a cash dividend with an aggregate amount of approximately US$58 million.
