Allegheny Technologies is finding success with its turnaround strategy. It's time for investors to take note. Over the course of about six months, from June 2015 to the beginning of 2016, materials leader Allegheny Technologies ( NYSE:ATI ) saw its stock collapse from over $32 per share to just $8 per share.
