SHENZHEN, China, May 03, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ATIF Holdings Limited (“ATIF”, or the “Company”), a company providing financial consulting services to small and medium-sized enterprises in Asia, announced that its ordinary shares commenced trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market today under the ticker symbol “ATIF.” On April 29, 2019, the Company completed the closing of its initial public offering (the “Offering”) of 2,074,672 ordinary shares at a public offering price of $5.00 per share. The aggregate gross proceeds to the Company from the Offering were $10,373,360, before deducting underwriting discounts, commissions and other expenses. Boustead Securities, LLC acted as the sole underwriter, and Valuable Capital Limited acted as a selected dealer for the Offering.
