its full-year outlook, expecting mid-single-digit volume growth; average selling prices declined ~2.5%–3% but the pace of decline has materially moderated versus last year. Management expects a stronger second half driven by a more normal seasonal ramp plus company-specific drivers — including solar torque-tube growth, ramping construction-services projects (data centers and chip fabs), and prior capacity/capability investments — noting metal framing and cable management now represent north of 25% of sales but can be lumpy. Productivity and strategic actions are underway: Atkore is closing three U.S. manufacturing sites (largely on track) with an expected $10–12M annualized benefit , reported roughly $30M of year-over-year operational cost savings in Q1 (partly one-time), and is continuing a broad strategic review including divestiture options.
