Their recent Q3 2025 was solid with growing revenues and positive cash flows. In my view, they now have a major tailwind with the announced tower divestiture, which has an initial closing expected in Q2 2026. I consider this transaction a core deleveraging catalyst. Yes, revenues will also decrease, but debt reduction will derisk the stock. I think this turnaround story still has legs, as ATNI's valuation still seems undervalued relative to its peers.
