(NASDAQ: ATNX), a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to the discovery, development and commercialization of novel therapies for the treatment of cancer and related conditions, today announced the appointment of John Koh as a Director on Athenex’s Board, effective April 1, 2019. Mr. Koh joins the Company’s expanded Board of Directors together with recently announced additions of Dr. John Vierling, Ms. Stephanie Davis and Mr. Jordan Kanfer.
