(NYSE: AUNA) (“Auna” or the “Company”), a Latin American healthcare company with operations in Mexico, Peru and Colombia, today announced the pricing of U.S.$365,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 8.750% Senior Secured Notes due 2032 (the “Notes”) to be issued by the Company and Oncosalud S.A.C. (“Oncosalud” and, together with the Company, the “Co-Issuers”), as co-issuers, which includes (i) U.S.$328,500,000 in aggregate principal amount of Notes offered in a private offering to qualified institutional buyers in accordance with Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”), and outside the United States to non-U.S. persons in accordance with Regulation S under the Securities Act and (ii) U.S.$36,500,000 in aggregate principal amount of Notes to be sold to International Finance Corporation in a concurrent private placement in accordance with Section 4(a)(2) of the Securities Act.
