(NASDAQ: AUPH), a biopharmaceutical company focused on delivering therapies to people living with autoimmune diseases with high unmet medical needs, announced today it has entered into a definitive merger agreement (the “Merger Agreement”) to acquire Kezar Life Sciences, Inc.
