(the “Company”) (NYSE: AVB) announced today that its 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time. Stockholders of record of the Company’s Common Stock as of the close of business on March 23, 2026 are entitled to vote at and virtually attend the Annual Meeting. The meeting will be held in a virtual meeting format via audio webcast only.
