SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Avidbank Holdings, Inc., (OTC Pink: AVBH), a bank holding company and the parent company of Avidbank, announced today that Geoff Butner has been promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer. Mr. Butner replaces Ron Oliveira, who is pursuing other opportunities outside the Bank.
