AVGO's forward valuation is supported by a step-change in FCF from AI and VMware, yet FCF margins have shrunk, and gross margins are pressured by the AI mix. AI revenue growth remains robust, but heavy segment concentration and lack of full-year AI guidance introduce uncertainty and potential lumpiness. System-level selling boosts stickiness and revenue per deployment, but also raises reinvestment needs, capping further multiple expansion from here.
