MINNEAPOLIS and BRISBANE, Australia, Jan. 20, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Anteris Technologies Global Corp. (“Anteris” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: AVR, ASX: AVR), a global structural heart company committed to designing, developing, and commercializing cutting-edge medical devices to restore healthy heart function, today announced that it is offering to sell, subject to market and other conditions, $200 million of shares of its common stock through a proposed underwritten public offering (the “Offering”). In addition, the Company intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase an additional $30 million of shares of common stock from the Company at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
