ALACHUA, Fla. and TAMPA, Fla., Feb. 24, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Axogen, Inc. (NASDAQ: AXGN), a global leader in developing and marketing innovative surgical solutions for the restoration of peripheral nerve function, today reported financial results and business highlights for the fourth quarter and full-year ended December 31, 2025. Fourth Quarter Financial Results Fourth quarter 2025 revenue was $59.9 million, a 21.3% increase compared to the fourth quarter 2024 revenue, and a 0.3% decrease over the third quarter 2025 revenue. Fourth quarter 2025 gross margin was 74.1%, down from 76.1% for the fourth quarter of 2024, and down from 76.6% in the third quarter of 2025. Gross margin reflects one-time costs of approximately $1.9 million, or 3% for the fourth quarter of 2025, related to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) Biologics License Application (“BLA”) approval of Avance®, of which 67% are non-cash and relate to the vesting of certain stock compensation awards cont
