The company reported earnings per share (EPS) of $0.16, exceeding the analyst consensus of $0.12. Sales came in at $1.51 billion, marking flat year-over-year growth and broadly in line with expectations of $1.53 billion. Adjusted EBITDA totaled $194.7 million, representing 12.9% of sales. Shares in the company edged slightly lower in premarket trading. "AAM delivered strong year-over-year margin growth driven by performance," said AAM's Chairman and CEO David Dauch. "Furthermore, we continue to make great progress to close our combination with Dowlais, positioning us well for a bright future as a premier global driveline and metal forming supplier with significant size, scale, and value creation potential." For the full year 2025, the company now expects sales between $5.8 billion and $5.9 billion, compared with its prior range of $5.75 billion to $5.95 billion and roughly matching the $5.86 billion consensus.
