AXT Inc. soared by 50.9 percent week-on-week, as investors continued to hunt for technology stocks while shifting away from sectors seen as more vulnerable to the ongoing tensions in the Middle East. Month-to-date, AXT Inc. (NASDAQ:AXTI) has notably climbed by as much as 37 percent, even hitting an all-time high of $51.98 on Friday.
