BROOKLYN, N.Y., July 17, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AzurRx BioPharma (NASDAQ: AZRX), (“AzurRx” or the “Company”), announced today that it intends to offer and sell shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. The Company expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase an additional 15% of the shares of common stock offered in the public offering. The offering is subject to market conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering. H.C. Wainwright & Co. is acting as the sole book-running manager for the offering. National Securities Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of National Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ: NHLD), is acting as a co-manager for the offering.
