in according to billionaires . On February 24, Barrick Mining Corporation announced the appointment of James J. McGuire as Chief Legal and Policy Officer and Woo Lee as Chief Global Affairs Officer. Both executives will report directly to President and CEO Mark Hill and will serve as members of the Executive Committee. In conjunction with these moves, Poupak Bahamin has been named General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, while maintaining her seat on the Executive Committee. James J. McGuire joins the company with over 30 years of legal experience, having previously served as a Litigation Partner and Managing Partner at Greenspoon Marder LLP. His background includes roles as a federal criminal prosecutor and a law clerk, with an academic pedigree from Harvard Law School, Yale University, and the University of Oxford as a Rhodes Scholar.
