Beijing said it will target 20 U.S. defense-related firms and 10 executives following more than $11 billion in U.S. weapons sales to Taiwan. The list includes Northrop Grumman L3Harris Technologies , and Boeing 's ( NYSE:BA ) St. Louis operations.
