of Atlas Air Worldwide) and Bain Capital, today announced the acquisition of a Boeing 777-300ER aircraft on long-term lease to China Airlines (CAL). The transaction closed on December 24, 2025. Titan will manage the aircraft, manufacturer serial number (MSN) 41823. The acquisition expands Titan's growing portfolio of modern, long-haul widebody aircraft, and supports China Airlines' continued network growth.
