Related news Boeing ( BA ) is now facing a lawsuit in the wake of the crash of Indonesia's Lion Air Flight 610 on Oct. 29, which resulted in the death of all 189 passengers and crew on board. X The suit is being filed by law firm Colson Hicks Eidson on behalf of the parents of Dr. Rio Nanda Putrama, who died in the crash. He was flying home from a conference and was to be married this week, according to Curtis Miner, the plaintiff's attorney. The Wall Street Journal said Monday that Boeing did not disclose possible issues with the 737 Max's automated flight-control system to pilots or airline managers prior to the Lion Air crash. The automated stall-prevention system can reportedly push an aircraft's nose down unexpectedly so that it cannot be pulled back.
