The deal launched on Jan. 22 as an extension of Team.blue's €1.353 billion term loan from September 2029 to July 2032 and a repricing of its $771 million term loan, also due July 2032. Price talk on the euros suggested no change from the current headline margin at E+350 with a 0% floor offered at par. On the dollars, the borrower was looking to trim its margin from S+325, guided at S+275-300 and also offered at par. BofA Securities (left) and Barclays led a group as physical bookrunners. ABN Amro, BNP Paribas, Citi, JPMorgan and ING were passive bookrunners. Team.blue is backed by Hg Capital and is pan-European provider of digital services. Ratings are B/B3 for the issuer and issue, both on a stable outlook with a 3 recovery rating.
