(NYSE:BAM), alongside British Columbia Investment Management (BCI) and Norges Bank Investment Management, launched Northview Energy, a joint venture focused on North American renewable assets. The three partners will equally own and fund a seed portfolio of 22 newly operational solar and wind projects. Their total capacity amounts to approximately 2.3 gigawatts. The platform is backed by long-term power purchase agreements averaging 16 years and offers stable and de-risked cash flows.
