RALEIGH, N.C., Feb. 26, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Bandwidth Inc. (NASDAQ: BAND) ("Bandwidth"), a software company focused on communications for the enterprise, today announced the pricing of $350 million aggregate principal amount of 0.250% Convertible Senior Notes due 2026 (the "Notes") in a private offering (the "Offering") to qualified institutional buyers pursuant to Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Securities Act"). The size of the offering was increased from the previously announced $300 million aggregate principal amount of Notes. In addition, Bandwidth has granted the initial purchasers of the Notes a 13-day option to purchase up to an additional $50 million aggregate principal amount of the Notes. The sale of the Notes to the initial purchasers is expected to settle on February 28, 2020, subject to customary closing conditions.
