DENVER, Dec. 17, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ArrowMark Financial Corp. (Nasdaq: BANX) (“ArrowMark Financial” or the “Company”), an SEC registered closed-end management investment company, announced that its Board of Directors has approved a change in the Fund’s cash distribution frequency from quarterly to monthly, beginning with the January distribution. “We are pleased to announce the transition to a monthly distribution schedule,” said Chairman & CEO Sanjai Bhonsle, “This change reflects the Fund’s income-generating profile and aligns with our objective of delivering consistent income while preserving capital and generating attractive risk-adjusted returns for our shareholders.” About ArrowMark Financial Corp.
