(NYSE: BARK) ("BARK" or the "Company"), a leading global omnichannel dog brand with a mission to make all dogs happy, today announced its financial results for the fiscal second quarter ended September 30, 2025. Second Quarter Fiscal Year 2026 Highlights Versus Prior Year Total revenue was $107.0 million, ahead of the Company's guidance range. Commerce revenue, which includes the Company's retail business, was $24.8 million, up 5.6%. BARK Air revenue was $3.6 million, up 138.0%. Net loss was $(10.7) million, versus $(5.3) million last year. Adjusted EBITDA was $(1.4) million, within the Company's guidance range.
