(Nasdaq: INGN ), a medical technology company offering innovative respiratory products for use in the homecare setting, today announced the following leadership appointments designed to accelerate the company's next phase of growth. Jason Richardson Appointed Chief Financial Officer Jason Richardson has been appointed Chief Financial Officer, effective April 6, 2026. Mr. Richardson succeeds Michael Bourque, who will step down from his role as Chief Financial Officer on that date. Mr. Bourque will serve in an advisory capacity until June 30, 2026, to ensure a smooth transition. Mr. Richardson joins Inogen from Baxter International Inc., where he most recently served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of the Healthcare Systems & Technologies segment, a $3 billion publicly reported business.
